SIDE TILTED DUMPER TRAILER -SIDE TITLED TIPPERTRAILER

Technical Specifications: Measurements: Length of the case is minimum 3.000mm maximum 13.600mm.
It can be made in different measurements according to the demands. The case externally with may be 2.550 mm
Dumper: It can be built up on lorry or housing chassis as tilt able to the right, left and back. It may be produced
for different aims. Especially fort he long and heavy loads fort he long and heavy loads for the unloading
problems. According to the demand, It can be produced as two different parts. The dumper is overturned by
hydraulic lift and be controlled with pneumatic cylinder. The dumper works with the levers on the chassis. The
hydraulic lift, pneumatic cylinder and the number of the levers and the dumper length are determined for the
usage aims and for the working conditions. Flaps: The side flaps are produced from special alloyed alüminium.
The flap measurements and the number of the flaps are produced against the demands. Dumper floar chassis: It
is made of NPU 160 mm. It is covered with iron sheet in order to make it endurance. The flor grates are mounted
closely or sporadically using 80 mm. NPI. The flor sheet is 4-5 cm. Steel quality is ST37. Telescobic Cylender and
Hydraulic: The telescobic hydraulic lifts are specially designed for the side turno ver dorse dumper. The dumper
got pneumatic control, double lowering ventil, dumper transmission and transmission pump, coupled type border
control safety valve. The used air hydraulic hoses and records are in confirmation of European Union standards.
The used Iron sheet Appurtenances: Completely manufactured by Ereğli Demir Çelik, the quality is ST37 and
ST52. Paint: All the surfaces are shaved from the burs and cleaned with chemicalliquid precisely. It is painted two
coasts of paint over an epoxy coat. Belts are designed over the paint as it is wanted. Chassis: Chassis is
manufactured as “I” construction from high endurance steel. In manufacturing difficult area conditions an
exceeding loads are taken into consideration. Axle: Each axles has the carrying capacity of 9 tons or 12 tons.
Air Suspension: It is lowering, lifting and highness adjusting system. It is supported by Z shears and suspension
bellows. Front Axle Lifting: Front axle lifting and lowering system is in the cabin. Tyre:  6+1 or 12+1 tyre in the
measurements og 385/65 R22.5  Landing Gear: They are OMS or OVRO marked, with double revolutions mechanic
pillars with 24 tons carrying capacity each. Brake: The brakes are designed from WABCO productions. They are in
accordance with European Standards. Air Equipment: The necessary air for air suspension, front axle lifting,
brake system and ABS is used from the air tank. The hoses used in the system are polyamid and durable fora ir
pressure. King Pin: It is manufactured wrought iron, it is accordance with the 2” SAE DIN. Standard Accessorier:
Double Spare tyre place, 1 unit tanker cupboard, 1 unit foot cupboarda, 4 units bicycle guard, 1 unit wedge and
wedge place, 30 liter water tank that is coated with Stainless Steel. Options: Rear axle lifting, Fire extinguishing
cupboard, A saperate mudguard for each tyre, Raising bumper, Front axle lifting brake system.
