IRRIGATION WATER TANK (SPRAY WATER TANK)

The water tank  type is eliptical shape. The water tank capacity :6000-20.000 liter. The tank will consist of  One compartments.  

All steell parts surfaces free of rust and oil oil resedue by sand blasting,then will be applied with two layers of anti-rust prima and  two layers of final painting with you preffered colour

Manufactured of material for tank body specified as min qualility steel type ST 37 4 mm.

MANHOLE OPENING:  Front and rear compartment will be equipeped with manholes  with 400 mm outside diameter  1 pieces cover fitted with bolts and nuts.Each manhole will have venting and valve.

WALK A WAY:The tank will be equipped with upper walkaway manufactured from stretched steel  sheet and equipped with steel walkaway.

LADDER:The tank will be equipped with front ladder to facilitate the arrival to manholes.

SIDE HOSE SUPPORT:The tank will be equipped with two side hose carriers.

DİSCHARGE:Top loading through manholes and discharged by gravity through manually operated ball valves 3''located into a lockable discharged box.

CENTRIFUGAL PUMP: minimum 60 m /h  water surpply and pressuer at minimum 6bar. (MADE IN TURKEY)

*WATER PUMP DRIVING: PTO

FRONT SPRINKLING/FLUSHING SYSTEM:The system will bring forward appropriate splash bar with atleast four(4)nozzles suitable for atleast 6m range splash.The system is connected to the pump and controlled from the cab driver with a suitable switch.

*MANUALLY SEWER HOSE SYSTEMS SEWER HOSE DIMENSIONS:1''(25mm)inner diameter, 40m long mounted at the rear of the tank for manually cleaning purposes:,

*WASHİNG GUN TYPE: Valve type and suitable to be attached  to the end of the manually sewer hose.

.ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENTS AND ACCESSORIES  AND ACCESSORIES,PER VEHICLE

*TOOL BOX: Galvanized, lockable, splash-water proof, minimum capacity of 140 litres.

*MOVABLE ALUMINIUM LADDER: Length of atleast 350mm,to be fixed on chassis frame.
